Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") describes how the Team of Independent United Software Developers (hereinafter referred to as "We", "Administration", or "Service") collects, uses, and protects user data when visiting our website and using software downloaded from our site.
By using our Website, registering an account, or using the Program, you fully agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with any provisions of this Policy, you must immediately cease using the Website and the Program.
1. Owner and Operator of the Service
The owner and operator of the Website and the Program is the Team of Independent United Developers. We are responsible for data management and ensuring its security in accordance with this Policy.
2. Personal Data We Collect
We adhere to the principle of minimal data collection. We do not request or store excessive personal information.
2.1. Data provided voluntarily by the user:
Email address;
Username;
Password (stored as an encrypted hash);
Payment information (depending on the chosen payment method).
2.2. Data collected automatically:
Browser User-Agent;
Browser/system language settings (for automatic interface language selection);
Cookies.
3. Use of Cookies
We use cookies exclusively to ensure the functionality of the Website and session security. In particular, we use cookies to store the JWT token, which allows you to remain authorized in your Personal Account. We do not use cookies for covert tracking of your actions for marketing purposes.
4. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
We process data solely for the following purposes:
Creating and managing your account.
Providing access to the Personal Account and automatically displaying the Website in the appropriate language.
Activating and verifying the Program's support key.
Processing payments.
The basis for data processing is your voluntary consent, which you provide at the moment of registration on the Website by entering your email and password, as well as by agreeing to the rules of the Service.
5. Support Key Activation and Device Identification
To prevent piracy and verify the legitimacy of the support key, the Program collects the following identifiers from your device:
Motherboard UUID;
BIOS UUID;
Machine ID (Windows MachineGuid).
Important: We do not transmit this "raw" data to the server. The Program calculates these identifiers, caches them, and converts them into an irreversible cryptographic hash. Only the hash is transmitted to our server, allowing us to determine the uniqueness of the device without revealing your hardware configurations.
Upon activation of the key, the following data is saved on the server: the key itself, the hash of the device information, the device identifier, and the activation date.
6. Technical Data Collected by the Program
To implement screen recording features (capturing GPU-accelerated applications, working with audio, webcam, multitrack editing, etc.), the Program may access technical data of your system. All this data remains exclusively in the Program's RAM on your device and is not transmitted anywhere. We do not have access to the content of your recordings, screens, audio, or video.
7. Payment Processing and Payment Data Storage
We accept payments through the following providers:
Visa/Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay: Processed by a certified third-party payment provider. We do not store your full bank card details (numbers, CVV).
USDT: Processed by our internal system. In this case, we store the transaction information (blockchain transaction hash, amount, and status).
8. Data Transfer to Third Parties
We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties. Data transfer occurs only in the following cases:
Payment providers: Receive the information necessary to process your payment.
Analytics, CDN, Email services: Receive the minimally necessary technical data (e.g., behavioral factors on the Website pages to improve UX) to ensure the operability of the Service.
User's personal information is not intentionally transferred outside the country of their residence.
9. Data Security
We apply all necessary technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:
Data encryption (using appropriate algorithms);
Use of the secure HTTPS protocol;
Strict data access control;
Data backup.
10. Data Retention, Deletion, and User Rights
We store your personal data for as long as you use our Service, or until your account is deleted.
You have absolute rights regarding your data, including the right to:
Request a copy of your data (most data is available directly in your Personal Account);
Modify personal data (via the Personal Account or upon request);
Request data deletion at any time;
Withdraw consent to data processing upon request.
To exercise these rights, please contact us through the "About Us" page.
11. Notifications and Newsletters
We do not use your data for spam mailings or profiling. If you explicitly agree to receive notifications (by checking the box during registration), we may send you information about Program updates, new versions, or changes to the Service. You can unsubscribe from these notifications at any time.
12. Data of Minors
We do not restrict the use of the Service by age and do not request the date of birth. Data of underage users is processed in the same way as data of adults. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with data without your knowledge, please contact us to have it deleted.
13. Disclaimer of Liability (Important)
The Software and Website are provided "as is". The team of developers bears no responsibility for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, or hardware or software malfunctions arising from the use or inability to use the Program.
By using our Website and Program, you do so at your own risk. If a user is dissatisfied with the operation of the Service, the Program, or this Policy, they must immediately cease using them.
14. Changes to the Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. The new version takes effect at the moment of its publication on the Website. We endeavor to notify users of significant changes via email; however, the responsibility for periodically reviewing this page to stay informed about updates lies with the user.
15. Contact Information
